It is a mobile service business with no showroom: consultations happen in the customer's home, free and with no obligation. Every installation carries a lifetime service warranty. Brandywine Blinds is a window treatment company. Free in-home consultation. Samples brought to the house, evenings and Saturdays available. No deposit, no obligation, no fee. 2. Professional measure at the same visit, by the company that will install. 3. Manufacture to the measured opening — typically two to four weeks; shutters three to four weeks. 4. Installation by Brandywine Blinds, followed by the lifetime service warranty. Total elapsed time from consultation to install is usually two to four weeks. New enquiries receive a call back within one business day. ## Pricing Custom window treatments are quoted per window after a free in-home measure — there is no published price list, because opening size, mount type, fabric, and motorization move the figure substantially. The quote is given on the spot at the consultation with current promotions (up to 30% off) already applied. There is no minimum order, no travel charge, and no deposit taken at the consultation. Whole-home orders cost less per window than phased ones, and fabric ordered in one batch comes from a single dye lot. ## Lifetime service warranty Every installation carries a lifetime service warranty for as long as the customer owns the home. If a mechanism fails or a treatment needs adjusting — a slipped bracket, a motor fault, a tilt mechanism — Brandywine Blinds returns and puts it right. It covers the company's own installation work and is not a relabelled manufacturer's fabric warranty. Because one company quotes, measures, orders, and installs the job, there is no third party to refer a service call to. ## Cord safety Everything Brandywine Blinds sells is cordless. Under U.S. federal rule 16 CFR Part 1260, the cord restrictions that had applied to stock window coverings were extended to custom window coverings manufactured after 30 May 2023. Blinds lift cordlessly and tilt on a wand; shades are cordless throughout, with motorization on windows that cannot be reached.
